Heather Matthews – Partner & Managing Director
The daughter of the company's founder, Heather has been managing the day to day running of the business for over a decade. Her background is in psychology and management and she joined the business in 1991, starting out in the reservations department. She became a partner in 1997 and has increased the profile of Little's both locally and internationally since then, building on the legacy of her father and the strong reputation of the business throughout the UK and beyond.
Kenneth Good – Partner & Operations Director
Kenneth Good started with Little's as a student chauffeur while studying Geography at St Andrews University in the early nineties. After completing an MSC in Tourism Kenneth began working in the office, putting his experience of being a chauffeur to good use by starting to manage the chauffeuring staff. Kenneth became Operations Manager in 1997 and Operations Director in 2007 before being made a partner in 2009, the only non family member to be made partner in the company's history.
Reservation Coordinators
Our specialist coordinators will assist you whether you are booking Corporate, Leisure or Wedding transport. The team is managed by Sharon Toland, our Reservations Manager, who has worked for Little's since 1985. Her invaluable experience means you can be assured of expert advice when it comes conferences, events or roadshows whether in the UK or overseas.
International Coordinators
The Little's International Team is here to focus on the individual requirements of booking overseas transport. With strong links to our partner companies across the world, they can organise your itineraries, suggest timings and make coordinating an overseas roadshow or event totally hassle free.
Chauffeurs
Our chauffeurs have many years of experience in all aspects of providing the very best service in the industry. It goes without saying that they have excellent driving skills and a good knowledge of the country. But more than that, they have then been trained in our interpretation of what being a good chauffeur really means; to be discrete, polite and diplomatic.
Chauffeur Guides
A number of our chauffeurs have received specialist training which allows them to take clients on extensive sight seeing tours, and whose years of experience means that doors, not normally open, magically unlock. Even when an itinerary has been agreed in advance the chauffeur will have a discussion with the clients directly to ensure each day is bespoke and tailored to suit their interests and mood.
